Percent Completed High School: Percentage of adults, 25 years and over, completing 12 years or more of school. Percent Completed College: Percentage of adults, 25 years and over, completing 4 years or more of college. High School Completion, Percent of U.S. Average: This value is computed by dividing the percentage completing high school in a county, state, or region by the national average. College Completion, Percent of U.S. Average: This value is computed by dividing the percentage completing college in a county, state, or region by the national average.
